Jitsi calls are getting stuck; bumping jitsi-meet-sdk

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?

Group calls are often get stuck on iOS (& Android). Jitsi sdk screen appears, but no button could be pressed and the only thing that works - complete OS reboot.

2. What do you click?

Microphone, camera buttons, any other buttons.

jitsti-meet-sdk [appears](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-ios-sdk/blob/6a49ee70a54aa2d4cade316b536f2ca35ce93e73/MatrixSDK.podspec#L64) to be two years old now - would it be possible to bump it [to the latest one](https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet-ios-sdk-releases/tags)?

It's 8.1.2 => 11.1.4 update

Start with MatrixSDK.podspec at the dependency declaration around line 64 and compare the current Jitsi SDK version with the linked releases. Update the dependency to 11.1.4, build the iOS app, and verify that microphone, camera, and other controls respond during a group call on iOS or Android.
