Getting two type of notifications from both VOIP and Alert when i'm receiving a call

### Steps to reproduce

1. I get four empty notifications, and one after i accept a call and after i close the call so there are 6 in total
2. I receive a call
3. Default configuration one with alert and one with voip.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect? To receive only VOIP notification when I'm receiving a call

#### What happened instead? I receive 6 notifications total if i answer the call, 4 for the ring at the start, one says Call from user, then 4 rings, then 1 for accept and 1 when the call ends they all say "Notification"
