"Show join/leave messages" configuration missing in Element iOS menu

### Steps to reproduce

I can't find the setting "Show join/leave messages" in the Element iOS app.
In both android and windows apps is very easy to find, but I can't find it in iOS. Does it exist somewhere?

I also find very confusing the big differences between setting menus in android, windows, web and iOS Element apps
