Can no longer join voice room - after server update

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see? When I open the ios app, I used to just click the voice room and join it. Now it starts to join then just drops out. I used this this create and update the server (https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy/blob/master/docs/maintenance-upgrading-services.md). It was fine for a year until I updated it.
2. What do you click? The voice room

### Outcome

#### What did you expect? Should just join the room and then thats it. I set it up as a voice room (experimental element feature).

#### What happened instead? It just crashes back to the room chat - never joins the video.
