Research direction

Start by reproducing the minimized-chat-room leave and rejoin flow on iOS 16 with Element 0.27.6, then trace retrieveParticipantsInfo while joining a multiplayer video. Done means retrieveParticipantsInfo returns the current participants without a crash or video exit.
