Video call button is too easy to tap by accident

I find myself frequently initiating as well as getting invited to video calls accidentally because the button is so small and adjacent to the thread button. This is an accessibility and usability issue.

Has there been any discussion of putting the button somewhere else? I would much rather have it pop up from the "+" menu or be invoked some other way.

Short of moving it, has there been any thought to offering a configuration option to just disable calls? In years of using Matrix, I've never once intentionally made or joined a call, and I'm sure this is not an uncommon use case. I assume this wouldn't be a heavy lift to implement.
