Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Write a message (emote is also possible)
2. Reply with an emote (`/me`)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
An emote should be the content of the messenger

#### What happened instead?
the /me is removed and the rest of the message is sent normally.

Writing a reply in Element X works and is displayed correctly in the app

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the issue in the Element iOS app by replying with /me, then compare the behavior with Element X; done means the emote remains in the reply and is displayed correctly instead of losing /me.
