Forwarding message UI changes

### Steps to reproduce

Selecting forward from the long press bottom sheet

### Outcome

The search bar when selected shouldn't animate up and hide the title and send button at the top of the screen. It should match what happens when selecting the search bar on the 'Invite people' modal.

Text sizes for the forwarding options and spacing needs to be updated to match [the designs](https://www.figma.com/file/0MMNu7cTOzLOlWb7ctTkv3/Element-X?type=design&node-id=4510%3A176109&mode=design&t=2zhuoApgd45vGOVC-1) and what was implemented in the Create & Join rooms flow
