Dragging down on the timeline does not always dismiss the new new editor

# Steps
1. Go to the room timeline with the soft keyboard presented
2. Hold your finger on the timeline and drag down slowly to the bottom of the phone screen.
Expected: The editor should dismiss interactively with your finger
Observed: It sometimes dismisses appropriately and sometimes floats in the middle of the screen leaving a blank space.
