Resizeable preview of your own video stream during a video call

#### What would you like to do?
I would like to resize the preview of my own video stream during a video call.

#### Why would you like to do it?
The preview of your own video stream is very small. This makes it hard for people with visual impairment to make out what they are actually streaming.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
When I tap on my preview is should gain focus by making it a bit bigger and either highlighting it with a different border color or changing the opacitiy of the incoming video stream.
When I use the spread gesture on my preview I would expect my preview to get bigger so I can make out what I am streaming to the other person.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

- FaceTime Video
- Using reading glasses

### Additional context

I would like to use Element to keep in touch with my loved ones, but somethimes it is hard for people with visual impairment to make out what they are streaming. I don't like using a proprietary app just to make video calls with my parents.
