Stuck on "syncing" after closing and reopening

### Steps to reproduce

1. Login to a private server with private CA
2. Send some messages
3. Close app
4. Open app
5. Stuck on syncing....I can't send or receive messages or calls

Reboot phone does not solve the problem. I have to logout and login again
