Feature Request: Save Images automatically

It would be a pleasure if this would be integrated in the settings to auto download images and not to save every image with a long click on it. Also it would be nice if I take pictures from the app within that they will be taken with the iOS settings (HEIF) and not JPG and to store them automatically in Photos Library

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Review the existing image-saving and in-app camera flows, then determine how settings should control automatic downloads, HEIF capture, and Photos Library storage. Done means the requested behaviors work consistently on iOS and are covered by the project's applicable checks.
