1. Reset Cross Signing on an SSO based account
2. Sign in with SSO provider when prompted
### Outcome
#### What happened instead?
After signing in the user is brought to a confusing page with both a Close button and a Back button. As far as I can tell the Close button does nothing. You have to tap the Back button even though the text tells you to "close this window".
