Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable threads in labs
2. Get a new threaded message sent to a room that is not muted

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
There is an indicator for a new message at the thread icon
#### What happened instead?
- The room list said that I have a new message

- When I opened the room I couldn’t find any new message at the bottom
- When I scrolled up an indicator appeared signalling that there should be a new message at the bottom of the timeline (which was not there)

- There was no indication for a new message in a thread

I actually had to open another client to find that message.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Element iOS with threads enabled, using the listed steps and checking the room list, timeline, and thread indicators. Done means a new message in an unmuted room's thread is discoverable in the room and the thread icon indicates the unread message.
