New message indicator for muted rooms in spaces

#### What would you like to do?
When having “show all rooms” in home set to false and I open Element, I want to know if there are new messages anywhere. Even when these new messages come from rooms that I muted.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Right now I have no indication for new messages in muted rooms. I would have to check each and every space to make sure that I don’t miss such a message.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Display some kind of indicator next to the space name with a muted room that has a new message. A little dot would do.
