Description
### Steps to reproduce
I have four verified friends:
* F, who self-host their homeserver
* J, who self host their homeserver as well
* Z, who has a matrix.org MxID
* M, who has a MxID from a EMS-hosted instance
I have verified each of them, and I have an encrypted DM room with each of them.
J and F have their own (different) home server, and so do I.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
I expected all the DM rooms to have a green shield in the avatar
#### What happened instead?
| Friend | Homeserver | Shield in the header | Shield in the persons list |
|-------|-------------|---------------------|--------------------------|
| F | Self-hosted |◼️ | ✅ |
| J | Self-hosted |◼️ | ✅ |
| Z | matrix.org | ✅ | ✅ |
| M | EMS hosted | ✅ | ✅ |
In Element Nightly on macOS the room headers display the shields properly.

Research direction
No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the encrypted DM shield behavior on iOS using verified friends from self-hosted, matrix.org, and EMS-hosted homeservers, then trace the room-header shield rendering path. Done means verified encrypted DM rooms show the green shield consistently, including self-hosted servers.
