Message bubbles: On for DM, off for chats

### Your use case

I feel that bubbles are great for one-to-one chats but the constrained nature of them makes active public chats quite chaotic and hard to follow. It would be great to allow a toggle to adjust this based on the type of message.

This would also create a clear indication if something is a private direct message or a public chat at a glance.
