Some messages are missing in the timeline

### Steps to reproduce

I realized by sending a message that the most recents messages were missing

Send new messages is working, but the messages sent while Element-ios was in background are missing in my timeline

I think the pb appears when I resume Element-iOS from a notification
I reproduced several times

An actual sync when I resume the app ;)
