Sharing photos via another app + system share doesn't work

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to photos app
2. Share/send in the bottom left of the screen
3. Select Element (or in my case Delight)
4. Select a Room or a Person to share with
5. See pop up asking if you want to cancel or send
6. Select "Send"

Click event is registered and image is not sent.

This is sometimes reproducible.
