Native iOS videos won’t upload

#### Describe
native videos on iPhone XS Max will fail uploading every time no matter how large the video is, even a 2 second video.

however, if I use an app such as “compress” to recompress the video again (at the same quality), then all videos appear to work and will upload.

there seems to be something specific in the iOS videos Element doesn’t like.

#### Steps to reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to a private chat screen.
2. Select video to send from Photos Library.
3. Element will attempt to send the video and fail after a moment - every time.

To fix:

download “Compress” app from store.
Compress the problem video again (even back to the same file size as before).
Attempt the process again using the new version of the video.
It will work and send successfully.

#### Expected behavior
Native iOS videos should upload correctly from the Photos library without issue.
