#### Describe the bug.
When you have Element Desktop open on a Desktop, the same notifications are pushed to iOS when they are immediately seen from another client, thus it shouldn't send a notification in that case.
#### Steps to reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login to Element Desktop on a computer
2. Send a DM from another client.
3. Have notification appear on iOS and Desktop despite desktop having it cleared already.
#### Expected behavior
The notification doesn't ring on iOS when using Element on computer.
