Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
At some point there was a little feature of button that allowed to expand channel view full screen - it was at the top right corner, two green arrows. It was removed later.
The default UI on iPad with iOS 12.5.4 features a Home sidebar on left side in portrait orientation that holds Favorites, People, Rooms and System Alerts sections as well as separated tab views at bottom for each of mentioned. And of course the slightly larger panel on right that displays all conversations. The sections aren't adjustable on size.
The problem is that without the button which was removed, there's not enough space to read all content in portrait orientation in a convenient way. Sure, there's still the horizontal orientation of screen but that doesn't expands the content of room panel that much.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
If it's possible, button should be restored in same place - either permanently or as an optional feature that user can enable.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The another idea is to follow Discord design - change the Favorites, People, Rooms and System Alerts from horizontal to vertical view which would be also collapsible if user would click/tap on circle icon (similar to how the hamburger menu in top left works) - that would show/hide the name next to circle icon. Or, same can be achieved by bottom most tabs icons.
**Additional context**
Sadly, I'm not able to tell if the issue I'm describing is present on newest iOS/iPadOS versions, neither on iPhone.
