Downloading epub file from room results in "Error" in Element iOS

Description
I have a room on my HS where I post epub files. On Element web/desktop and Element Android folks can click on these files and be prompted to download them / open in an ebook reader.
But on Element IOS getting this error:

Is this a known issue? It's happening with two different iOS users on my HS.
