Sorta-a-duplicate of https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/issues/3101, but with a slight variation: It applies to the avatar in the bottom left corner of the composer, and the avatar in the "settings" menu.
Recap: Element struggles to keep a "canonical" avatar for the user, switching between different ones when the client sends out messages in rooms where the self user has different avatars.
