Reload loop when un/hiding user

**Describe the bug**
When you un/hide a user, Element gets stuck in a reload loop. You have to force close it, wait a few moments, and then open it again.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Un/hide a user
2. Element gets stuck in a reload loop.

**Expected behavior**
Element should only reload once.

**Additional context**

Reproduce the reload loop on an iPhone 12 mini running iOS 14.4.2 with Element 1.2.7 by unhiding or hiding a user. Trace the reload triggered by that action; done means the app reloads once and remains usable instead of entering a loop.
