Encryption after cross signing works only when App is restarted

**Describe the bug**
I downloaded the iOS App on my new phone and verified my session. When I opended a chat, it said there was missing the key for decrypthing my old messages. It said I could get it from another session, so I did that. But the popup immediatly said, I need to open Element / Matrix on my other device (it was already open). I sent a message in that chat and it seemed it didn't send (at least I couldn't see it). Then I closed the App (like 10 seconds later) and reopended it. There was a loading symbol for a few seconds and suddendly I could read my old messages and I received my own message in my other session.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Download App on Phone
2. Verify session (cross sign)
3. Open existing room
4. Observe that old message don't get decrypted and you can't get the key from your other session.
5. Close & reopen app, observe that some loading takes place and suddently everything works

**Expected behavior**
In best case, everything should just work directly. If that's not possible for some reason, then there should be at least some hint "restart application". It was very confusing for me.

- Device: iPhone SE
- OS: 14.x
- Browser None ? I have Safari and Firefox, what does it have to do with Element?
- Version Don't know, the newest I guess
