Local contact information should be used

When I have local contact information such as name and picture, it is used for discovery but not when I chat with that person. It should be used similar to how other messengers handle local contacts.

Start by tracing how local contact names and pictures are used during discovery, then compare that path with the identity data shown in chats. Done means local contact information is also displayed when chatting with the person, consistently with other messengers.
