Cannot shake to undo

Steps to reproduce:

- Ensure that shake to undo is enabled in system-wide accessibility settings
- Type message, do not send
- Shake mobile device

Expected behavior:

Pop-up pops up with undo option https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/ios/user-interaction/undo-and-redo/

Actual behavior:

Nothing happens
