output video chat to local ramp server that can save it while on airplay?

Hi, on iOS14. This question is linked to the one concerning the apparent inability for element to save video chats. Would there be a way while being on airplay (still having the iPhone linked thru adapter to video projector) to simultaneously output the chat to a local rtpm server on the iPhone that could save it ? Thanks for any suggestions...
