Copy version number with long-press

I'm trying to copy a version number for a report. I would like to be able to copy and paste, but I cannot select the text of the version number in settings to copy it. Since I only want to copy it (and assert there's no use for partially selecting it), it should be copied to clipboard when long-pressed.

Start by locating the Settings screen that renders the app version and inspect how its text is displayed. Implement the requested long-press copy interaction and verify it places the complete version number on the iOS clipboard without partial selection; done when the version can be pasted into the report.
