Call fails to connect Android -> IOS

**Describe the bug**
Calling from Android -> IOS fails
Calling From Web -> IOS works just fine
IOS -> Android works fine
IOS -> Web works fine

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Call IOS device from an android device
2. Try to answer call on IOS device
3. Endless Call Connecting

**Expected behavior**
The call connects as normal

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- IOS; 1.0.16
- Android; 1.0.9
- web; 1.7.12

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
- Device: Iphone 11; IOS 14.1, Pixel ( Multiple devices ); Android 11

Android devices seem able to attempt a few connections to the STUN/TURN server so they work more/less every time vs the IOS version tries once if it works connects through if not there is no further attempts and it just tries to connect for forever

Start by reproducing an Android-to-iOS call using the reported device and app versions, then inspect the STUN/TURN connection attempts described in the report. Done means the iOS call connects reliably instead of remaining in an endless connecting state.
