**Describe the bug**
While the push notifications work:
The new/unread message count is no longer shown on the app icon itself, like it's done for e.g. the phone or mail app, see:
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Let someone send you a message.
2. Observe the Element app icon not being updated to show any new/unread message count.
**Expected behavior**
Have the new/unread message count shown on the Element app icon like for the phone or mail app.
