Room details information architecture needs love

E.g. Tapping on Settings takes you to details with the _last_ tab unexpectedly selected. We should take the learnings from RiotX (with a room profile interaction) and apply them here instead.

Start by tracing the iOS Settings entry point into room details and observing which tab is selected. Compare that room-details flow with RiotX's room profile interaction, as requested in the issue. Done means the information architecture is improved and tapping Settings no longer opens with the unexpected last tab selected.
