As @rexogamer in the element-ios chat mentioned, the iPad screenshot in https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/element-previously-riot-im/id1083446067#?platform=ipad shows a screenshot of an unencrypted chat but is titled with "Get stuff done - securely".

Maybe we should have this contradiction cleared up.

Review the linked App Store iPad listing and the attached screenshot first. Determine whether the title or screenshot is the incorrect store asset; done means the published listing no longer presents an unencrypted chat as “Get stuff done - securely”.
