Sound Not Audible

Description: There seems to be no notification audio regardless of the state of the device (locked+display off / Riot.iOS App Open). This issue is similar to this: https://github.com/vector-im/riot-ios/issues/2264#issue-411527145

The iPhone 8 has audio notification enabled in the device settings.

Here is a video replicating the issue on a device. Sorry about the background I could not find a quiet environment. In the video I toggle the notification slider on the side of the iPhone so notifications can be heard. iMessage notifications are heard just fine whereas Riot.IM notifications could not be heard.

Start by reproducing the missing notification audio on an iPhone 8 with audio notifications enabled, testing both the locked/display-off and open-app states described in the issue. Compare Riot.IM behavior with iMessage and review the linked related issue and supplied video. Done means notification audio is audible in the affected device states.
