Notifications behavior

Hello,

I switch to Riot.im about 6 months ago and most of my family/friend/colleagues followed me.

But we're facing a daily issue regarding notifications on mobile apps (no pb with the desktop).
Some on Android devices, some on Iphone.
For Android devices we use or the F-Droid version or the Google Play one.

Half of the time, or more, we simply don't get any notifications for new messages.
We discover we have new messages when opening Riot.im app.

I try to search if it's a known issue but didn't find any.
