no context menu when long hold on web link in chat

Long holding a web link in chat used to bring up a context menu so that I could decide what to do with it (share, copy, etc). Now long hold on the link .... does nothing.... Strangely, long hold works fine for photos that have been posted in chat.

This issue occurs in ios v13.x but worked fine in ios v12.x

Start by reproducing the long-hold behavior on a web link in chat on iOS 13.x, then compare it with a posted photo and the previously working iOS 12.x behavior. Done means the web-link context menu appears again with actions such as share and copy.
