Description
Users should be able to see IS policy docs from User Settings (as the Terms & conditions, Privacy policy etc. are linked today).
If you've accepted the terms, it's obvious that you should see those listed in User Settings.
If you _haven't_ accepted them yet, it's less obvious how/whether this should be rendered.

Research direction
Start at the User Settings screen and compare its existing Terms & conditions and Privacy policy links with the IS policy documents. Resolve how the links should render before and after terms acceptance, then verify both states in the iOS settings flow.
