editing unsent msgs fails

at least in e2e rooms, where it is easier to repro as sending is slower, but if you try to edit a msg in state grey or green, the msg doesn't get loaded in the composer so you can't edit it. this is a shame, as immediately editing the thing you literally just sent is a common pattern

Reproduce this in an e2e room by sending a message and trying to edit it while it is grey or green. Trace the edit flow into the composer; done means recently sent messages in those states load there and can be edited successfully.
