We should not show a peek preview into invited public rooms

I /think/ i'm right in saying that if you view an invite to a public room on iOS, it shows you a peeked preview if there's one available. We shouldn't be doing this, as it provides a spam vector: a malicious user could invite you to an unpleasant public room full of unwanted content, but you'd end up viewing it anyway when hitting the reject button
