Prompt for mic access gets lost

I tried to accept a VoIP call from the lock screen, the other party couldn't hear me. Some time later, I unlocked my phone and up popped a prompt to allow Riot microphone access.

Reproduce a VoIP call accepted from the iOS lock screen and observe when the microphone permission prompt appears. Trace the lock-screen call and microphone access flow; done means the caller can be heard without the permission prompt being delayed until after the phone is unlocked.
