Files tab on a room shows no spinner the first time you access it

Testing Riot 0.4.0 on an iPad Mini 4 running iOS 10.3.2.

On my homeserver this took a little while to load, in the order of 15 seconds. There was no feedback that anything was loading, whereas there is a spinner if you pull down to refresh.


Start by reproducing the first visit to a room's Files tab on iOS and compare it with pull-to-refresh, which already shows a spinner. Trace the Files tab loading entry point and identify where the initial request begins. Done means a visible loading indicator appears during the initial load and disappears when the files are ready.
