Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Have a room with a Jitsi widget
2. Join the meeting - you should see the setup screen
3. Resize the widget to be as small as possible but you can still click the settings gear
4. Click the settings gear
5. You cannot see the entire dialog
6. Increase the widget height

This affects all Jitsi dialogues.
