Nextcloud widget to share files' link?

#### What would you like to do?
Identify myself within a widget as a specific nextcloud user and allow me to browse files and pick a file to automatically share either the private or public link to this file to all members of the room where I set the widget
#### Why would you like to do it?
Instead of using the upload button to upload a file into the matrix server whereas the file has already been uploaded in the cloud, just share the link to this file without leaving Element.
The best would be for other user to be able to open the file within Element using nextcloud resources (pdf reader, collabora...)
#### How would you like to achieve it?
