Compact audio-only participants

#### What would you like to do?
using freedom layout in a call with multiple participants, some use audio, some use video. Audio users take up the same amount of space with the placeholder graphic as those with actual image content.

Instead I think it would make sense to compact the audio-participants in a way that still leaves them prominent enough to see who's talking, but maximise the screen space for actual image content.

See actual videos rather than placeholders.
