Pill of "raised hand" makes the "name" pill smaller

### Steps to reproduce

1. join a call
2. use spotlight mode
3. someone has a long name
4. they raise their hand

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
raising the hand is in the opposite corner of the pane. it does not need to influence the available space for the name.

#### What happened instead?
width of the name shrinks to only 2 letters and an ellipsis (e.g. `Ma...`) while the hand is raised

Reproduce the issue in call.element.io using spotlight mode with a participant who has a long name and raises their hand. Locate the pane UI responsible for the name and raised-hand indicators, then verify that the name remains readable and its available width is not reduced by the hand indicator.
