Switching cameras will result in my video quality appearing very poor to the other person.

### Steps to reproduce

With the camera already on, tap the button in the lower right corner of the tile to switch cameras.

**Using the above method to switch cameras, my image quality appears very poor to the other party, only 120x160 or 240x320.**
However, switching cameras in EC settings does not have this problem, reaching up to 720x1280.
**This is a long-standing issue.**
