Screensharing with audio will sometimes not stop sharing when the screenshare is stopped

Reproduce the issue on Windows or Linux by sharing a window with audio, then stopping the share or closing the shared window. Trace the screenshare stop lifecycle and verify that the shared audio also stops without requiring the user to rejoin the call.
