1. Open the reaction menu.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
All buttons have the same size and are neatly placed in a grid.

#### What happened instead?
A few buttons have a different size, breaking the grid.
Most notably, the dizzy emoji is split into the two emojis it's composed of.
