[SUGGESTION + BUG] Option to start call with turned off camera every time (by default) and also keybind modification (found a bug there)

#### What would you like to do?
1. The current voice calls always start with camera turned on by default and there is no option in the settings to make it OFF by default, so i have to turn it off manually every time
2. In settings > Keyboard there must be a way to edit these key bindings, so i can map the mute/unmute button to another key (or combination of keys).
3. BUG - The mute/unmute default key combination is not working, i pressed CTRL + D and the microphone was not muted.

#### Why would you like to do it?
1. This would be a lot better since most users do not need a camera ON by default and it is frustrating to turn it off every time he joins a call.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
1. Add such option in the settings
2. Add option to modify key binds
3. Fix the bug
